Must-have Monday!

“He who fails to plan, plans to fail!”  This proverb is very true…especially when you’re a busy person living in rainy Vancouver.  You have two options; ”blame it on the rain”, or get inspired by it!  Here are this week’s must-haves…

#1) Get organized!  Every year I purchase a Gallery Leather & Co.,Inc. daytimer; these are my FAVE!  They come in a variety of colors (this year I picked red) and are available at Indigo/Chapters.  I could use my Iphone, but I’m old fashioned – what can I say?!

#2) Stay classy!  The iconic trench coat, made popular by Burberry, is a staple piece this season and goes with everything!  If Burberry is not in your budget, check out Zara or Joe Fresh for other alternatives.

#3) Keep dry!  Hunter Boots are the best for keeping your feet dry whilst making you look trendy!  Enough said…;)

#4)  Umbrella-ella!  As many of you may remember (and as per my previous posts), I LOVE LEOPARD PRINT!  I got this little umbrella at Winners for dirt cheap and I love that it’s small enough to fit in my purse!

#5) Gray eyes (not skies)!  NARS eye shadow duo in “Paris” is ideal for creating a smoky eye.  Use both colors together or individually and opt for a nude lip.  If your lips are dry, try Burt’s Bees Lip Balm .
