Rockin’ Walk-in: Before & After

Meet my BFF Vittoria; a Park & Recreation Coordinator who is a very active runner, swimmer and yoga enthusiast.  About a year ago,Vittoria approached me for some help with her wardrobe and felt it was time to update her look.  Here’s how it all went down….

Now as you can see from these before photos, Vittoria is quite tall and lean with broad shoulders.  Her outfits are tired and lack luster (contrary to her actual personality!).  In going through her closet, I noticed that most of her clothes were ill fitting, bland in color and borring!  She was hanging on to things that she hadn’t worn in many years!

Using laundry baskets, we separated every item in her closet into three piles: Yes, No and Maybe.  I had Vittoria try everything on to check for fit and slowly but surely, we got through everything.  Here’s what was donated…

Once the editing process was complete, it was time to make a list and…GO SHOPPING!!  To keep things on budget, we headed to Winners, Aldo Shoes, RW& Co. and Nine West.  We spent 10 hours together: 4 hours editing, 3 hours shopping and 3 hours pulling it all together (it was like a marathon!!).  Here are just a few items that Vittoria picked up on our shopping trip…

Here’s what Vittoria purchased with roughly $1200:

8 tops

2 Cardigans

4 pairs of pants

1 skirt

2 pair of pairs of boots

3 pairs of shoes (flats and heels)

1 blazer

1 cargo jacket

2 scarves

2 belts

I am happy to announce that Vittoria still looking FAB-U-LOUS and keeping up with her HAUTE self! xo
