Nadia Albano is the owner and director and master stylist of Nadia Albano Style Inc., a boutique studio located in the heart of Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood. She and her team create beautiful customized and relevant hair and makeup looks for their clients, and are highly sought-after for their expertise as makeover specialists.

With over 25 years of experience, I am a versatile and passionate multi-disciplinary artist specializing in hair styling, makeup, fashion styling, and photography. As an international artist, I have had the privilege of working with clients in transforming their style to reflect their true essence.
I believe that every woman deserves to feel confident and empowered, and my mission, along with my team, is to help you unlock your unique beauty, whether for a special occasion, career milestone, or everyday life. My extensive experience and enthusiasm for my profession allows me to blend creativity with precision, providing tailored solutions to bring out the best version of yourself.

Stylist
Rachael is hair stylist specializing in hair colouring, lived-in blondes and brunettes, effortless long layers, and hair extensions. A graduate of JCI Institute, she has been surrounded by the beauty industry her whole life and brings a natural passion for helping clients achieve their dream look.
Her approach is all about personalization - customizing each formula and cut to highlight her clients’ natural features while creating dimension and movement that feels authentic and modern. For Rachael, beauty is about self-expression and confidence, and she loves building genuine connections with her clients along the way.
Outside the salon, Rachael enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and exploring new restaurants. She’s also fluent in French - a fun fact her clients love discovering during their visits.
Mackenzie
Salon Coordinator
Lash, Brow, and Makeup Artist
Mackenzie is a lash, brow, and makeup artist who loves creating custom looks tailored to each client’s natural features and beauty goals. She’s passionate about enhancing natural beauty and helping clients feel their most confident. With over seven years in the beauty industry and 14 certifications under her belt, she brings both skill and creativity to every service.
Mackenzie’s passion for beauty led her to the lash and brow industry after completing her university degree. When she moved from Winnipeg to Vancouver, she enrolled in the Global Makeup Artistry program at Blanche Macdonald to further hone her craft. She loves the endless learning opportunities this industry brings - whether it’s mastering new technical skills or through conversations with her clients.
Outside the salon, Mackenzie loves traveling (ask her about her semester in England!), going to the gym, spending time at the beach with friends, and unwinding with her favourite skincare rituals.
Kristy
Master Stylist
Kristy got her start in Vancouver over two decades ago, and her passion for hair has only deepened since. After years in respected salons, a few stints as an independent, and eight years building the beloved Pony Salon in Gastown, she's thrilled to be returning to a chair and a new hair home for her craft alongside Nadia and her team.
A true problem solver, Kristy is known for her razor cutting, dimensional colour, blonding, highlights, colour balancing and grey transiting. She especially loves short cuts, curly hair and creating shapes that air dry well.
Kristy has trained extensively in Canada as well as New York and London, and she never stops learning. Her curiosity recently led her to retrain as a physiotherapy assistant, but hair never left her heart. During her time away, she kept her hands busy with haircuts, colours, fringe trims and styling advice for those in her orbit.
Her vision has always been a supremely welcoming space where clients can receive customized solutions for their hair. She is absolutely certain within this salon you can come in, settle in, and comfortably work out what's right for you, so you can leave feeling refreshed, polished and understood.
